If your order was damaged in the mail, we do accept exchanges. In this case, we will cover the costs of shipping to return the damaged product and to ship you a new one. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product at hello@feministfriends.co. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for another reason, please contact us at hello@feministfriends.co within 30 days of purchase and we will do our best to help you. You may be responsible for paying the shipping costs of return.
